Includes unlimited publication records for the registered source, access to the public validator, and the option to apply invisible cryptographic imprints at no extra cost (upon user request).

Official communications record (storage)

USD 30/year (annual quota)

Includes storage of communications for the registered source under the following criteria:

• up to 100 MB/year in total. The quota can be divided as needed. Approximately 1 MB per document is used as a reference.

Storage overages (per year): surcharges in 25 MB blocks:

• 1–25 additional MB: USD 10
• 26–50 additional MB: USD 20
• 51–75 additional MB: USD 30
• 76–100 additional MB: USD 40

The invisible cryptographic imprint option is included at no extra cost (upon request) for those who contract this service.

Terms of use

• Fees apply per source (journal, book, proceedings), not per user account. A user can administer more than one source.
• Services are activated once payment is received.
• The communications storage quota is annual, non-cumulative, and non-transferable to the next year.
• With each annual renewal, access to historical records generated in prior subscription years remains active.
• If the service is not renewed, access to stored documents will be disabled until the subscription is reactivated. The public validator will remain available, and verification of previously marked documents will continue to work as long as evidentia exists.
